Perks were good- fun events, freebies, fun atmosphere. Decent benefits. Upper national management visited and seemed engaged and wanted to know what they could do better, but no one ever told them the truth for fear of retaliation at local level.

Svantaggi

They only care about the bottom line, they do not genuinely care about their employees. An employee is just another expense, not seen as a genuine asset. Lots of scum bag guys in power positions, a lot of shady things go on. You are basically told to do things in order to make a sale- that you know corporate doesn't want done. Career opportunities only available to those wanting to relocate. No work life balance.

I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.
