Clearly no Work-Life balance, ever changing priorities, politics everywhere, especially in GCC India, hard to breathe Most of everything job insecurity, you are not sure if you are thrown out by some strategic decisions or assurity that u will be employed for next 6 month. Often employee credibility will be in question, i have personally pushed my collegues to vast extent just to satisfy there agressiveness. If you are a Man/woman with clear consciousness this is not the place for you. more over everything I had fantastic manager to blame, who couldnt manage beautiful talents in her group and maximized the negativeness around us.
