SO MANT CONFERENCE CALLS EVERY DAY. Make no mistake this company says it cares about its employees BUT THEY DO NOT. They will chew you up and spit you out with no mercy. I went through a development program and it’s all sunshine and roses until they put you into a position with ZERO training on how to do anything and directors and RVPs start to immediately make you their punching bag. Be prepared to work 10-12 hours a day and if you leave before 6:30? You WILL feel eyes burning into the back of your head. Zero work life balance unless you yourself push you to maintain it. But even so, I know multiple employees who have stayed until 2, 3, 4am or EVEN OVER NIGHT, because they are expected to. And never they less they are praised for doing so. That is extremely unhealthy. The field sales teams constantly fight with region employees and do not trust anything that is sent out. There’s constant fear that you will be fired. Even with their review process, if you receive a poor score, they wait 3 MONTHS TO TELL YOU. 3 months of lost production improvements if you ask me. BE WARE OF AB
