No bonuses ,haven't payed since 2017. There is no promotion and all good ppl have left , every week ppl leave. senior ppl in abi is 2 years or less . There is no future in India and some random boss in Europe can change the working models and teams get fired. No severance for fired ppl . There is no job security in ABI , and most ppl work in fear and don't raise voices or ideas. Since most good ppl leave in max 20 months all what is left is submissive managers who just agree to what their boss says. Even if you are desperate for job don't join , wait for a better thing to come , will save you a short tenure in your cv and mental stress due to micromanagement. There are so many structural problems with this organisation I can't even mention in short it's not a ppl friendly company .
