No focus on people - only profits - Recensione dipendente - Office Worker presso Anheuser-Busch InBev

There is no focus on the employees, no pay review of any kind for the last 4 years, lots of redundancies in the UK as the business centralises to Belgium or off-shores to Hungary to save money. At the same time the remaining staff are expected to do more with less people for little recognition as the bonus scheme and pension is eroded every year as well. The HR department are virtually non existent and spend most of their time writing policies that don't get published. If you're stuck for work I'm sure that there are worse places to be but go in knowing that it certainly isn't all sunshine.
