Management is informal; communication has improved recently. Looking great on CV as ABI is known for execution and result-orientation.
Svantaggi
Flexible working (such as work from home) is only available for selected employees; IT infrastructure is quite poor; there is a mix of people who work for the company for decades and fresh graduates which does not create positive atmosphere. There is no yearly payrise, bonus is not guaranteed.
