Nothing of this sort here. All the pro's they have are out weighed greatly by their negatives, so no point in taking about Pro's, any way their policies and work culture will make you quit.

One of the worst companies you will ever work with. They just push the toxic culture and mentality. You are not allowed to question anything. HR policies are worst they keep changing policies on leave and everything. The higher ups have no use they just pour anything from top to their sub ordinates and ask them to meet insane timeline. They push 12/14 hours working culture and they expect you to work on Sat/Sun too. These are subtly hinted even in the Stand-ups , they won't ask you directly but they hint people are working 12-14 hours so you can too - something along these lines. Do not fall for the trap. No work-life balance these people won't even know the meaning.
