Love it! - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Animal Behavior College

They train you in the beginning and have weekly training meetings. We get to work remotely and they are accommodating to your work schedule. Love the people and the managers do a great job and our department is constantly improving.

The only one I can think of is no pay raises.

Animal Behavior College is made up of dedicated employees who are truly passionate about their workplace, animals and students. My experience working for the company has been very positive. I started in an assistant position and have been promoted to the management team, along with having received raises for my work ethic and increased responsibilities. In both positions I have been entrusted with important tasks and have been able to grow myself and my experiences in the workplace. ABC has amazing and dedicated people working for the company and it really does feel like a family when I arrive at work. I feel like I can share my ideas and opinions without risk with management and others at the company, as new ideas are encouraged in the workplace. At ABC everyone is working towards helping our students succeed in their pet industry education, and people take pride in the accomplishments of our students and graduates. I am very grateful for the opportunities ABC has given me and the friends I have made at the company.

I have little to say that is negative regarding my experiences at Animal Behavior College. Overall, I have greatly enjoyed my time with the company. All companies have pros and cons, but the company culture and the positive work that ABC does largely outweighs any negative aspects that may arise.
