Flexible in that some ppl won't show up.

Animal care outstanding. Animal ethics, staff training good, dedicated, long suffering staff.

Where to start? Inept outside hiring and/or in house promotions practices. Petty firing, great staff lost due to AC managers & supervisors egos and inability to accept improvement ideas from knowledgeable staff, targeting certain staff for being respected,well liked and for being on staff long before they themselves were hired (jealousy), bullying, favoritism, no exceptional, beyond expectation work efforts recognized, fearful anxiety ridden atmosphere, could trust no one because so many were forced to "spy" on undeserving targets. Just soul sucking.
