I worked with some talented individuals, but most were misguided by the inexperienced leadership. I feel bad as most, if not all, will be out of a job soon as this company has hit the iceberg. And is living off bridge loans,

Poor leadership - The old Leader just got canned and replaced by a board member who has no clue what Anitian even does. The other leadership positions have all failed in their respective departments as the company has gone from 130 to 35 employees, blown over 80 million dollars and is now surviving on bridge loans. Add in the fact that Anitian has lost the majority of their customer base, posted 3 straight years of negative revenues, been sued several times, and has no customer references. Poor hiring practices - Leadership has continuously hired unqualified individuals on the cheap and you get what you pay for. Most individuals are not qualified to do their jobs and departments suffer because of this. Nepotism - Majority of individuals were brought in by their incompetent friends or superiors to handle positions for which they are not qualified for and this has caused a lack of accountability. I could go on and on, but best is to bail why you can as many are now doing. May the mass exodus commence!
