This is a small company with big ideas. Management is constantly looking for areas to improve to keep our team moving in the forward direction. Since the beginning of my employment, I have been given additional responsibilities that have pushed me to learn and offer more of myself in this position. I have done a ton of research with many other companies and this is at the top of its game. For example, I have been provided with all the tools needed to help me perform my job, the compensation and benefits to give me great peace of mind and I have been inspired by being a part of a process that makes great products.
