Over works his staff If it’s not his way you have a massive problem Doesn’t allow time off the boat Always uses “I’m the Captian/Owner and if I want something it gets done” while busy trying to attend to guests Doesn’t give you your tips but says to all the guest that they must send him the money and he will distribute tips to all the staff ( all guests told me this) Being the only stew he wanted only females on board because he said he is the “Captian/Owner” and if he wants females he will have them on board I had to rub cream on his back Being a stew he expected me to cook for him not the chef Lazy is an understatement The way he spoke about women made me feel very uncomfortable being the only female Always had to come off the boat with myself and my colleague when we wanted a break from him Made me do admin work without paying me for it I had to pay for my own body wash and shampoo When I wanted to enjoy the night I had off after charter he said I can but I would have to deal with the consequences the next day so I never ended up doing anything
