* If you are a developer and well versed with Microsoft stack, you won't find any cons working here. If you are an admin type, opensource enthusiast - you don't have any chance of survival. The superheroes here are those who speak Microsoft (that is understandable), everyone else can just shut up. * This being a relatively small company, some processes like filling multiple timesheets multiple times - day by day and every day - will annoy you. * If you are not a .NET/sharepoint guy, its likely that you'll get bored pretty soon. * A superficial loyalty to all things Microsoft. Yes, even things like bing and lumia. Not much of a con but irritates me. * Some nosy tech managers who think they know all there is to know about everything and coach you things they dont have a clue about.
