Hiring for freshers and interns is blatantly biased toward one specific university in Punjab, completely ignoring top-tier talent from other well-known colleges. It’s not about what you know; it’s about where you went to school or who you know in the "inner circle." Structural Chaos & Job Insecurity Restructuring happens so often it feels like management is just playing Musical Chairs with people's careers. Stability is non-existent. The frequent shifts in reporting structures are designed to keep people off-balance and hide the lack of a real business strategy. The "In-Group" Protection During layoffs and performance reviews, the "core group" is untouchable. If you aren't part of the leadership's preferred clique, your head is always on the chopping block. Performance metrics are a joke—they are used as a weapon to push out anyone who doesn't fit the "culture" (which is actually just a synonym for "cronyism").
