Pay is good. Benefits are good the staff that give direct care are very kind and compassionate. The participants are wonderful and the building is pretty but way overcrowded with too much stimulation in the day center

Workload is excessively heavy and they are constantly changing policies and procedures endlessly. Communication is very poor, and I’ve heard many many many participants complain that this is the biggest issue with the program . This company has absolutely zero loyalty to any of its employees. Recently they have terminated multiple staff without any attempts of disciplinary action prior to termination/you can count on how one hand how many remaining employees are there since the company opened . People who had been there since the conception of the company are no longer there despite their contributions and loyalty to the company Welbe does not have any type of pension plan because they never plan to keep people long enough- the average life of an employee particularly management is two years they use you burn you out and let you go . do not plan on a long career but enjoy the salary while you’re there. Welbe is more concerned with bringing on more participants than they are with making sure that they have the staff and resources available to deliver quality care of the patients that they already have. Bottom line is that they prioritize numbers and money rather than quality care because they just worry about growth. The patients they already have are not getting timely appointments, medications and services that they were promised at the time of enrollment Welbe promises participants “filet mignon at time of enrollment and in reality often delivers bag of Doritos”
