I've been with the company for about 9 months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. One of the things I really appreciate is the transparency from our Director in the US. It’s clear that his leadership values open communication, which makes it easy to understand company goals and how my role fits into the bigger picture. I’ve also had the opportunity to grow and develop my skills. There’s a real focus on professional and personal development here, and I’ve been able to take on new challenges and learn things that will help me move forward in my career. The flexibility the company offers is another major perk—I feel like I have a healthy work-life balance, which was important to me. I love being part of a small, collaborative team. We all support each other. The team dynamic makes it easy to share ideas and feel like you are heard and contributing.
