      The company has recently over the last two years gone through leadership changes and that has made a positive change to the company as a whole. The leadership has worked very hard to get rid of the negativity and bring in company rewards and open door policies as well as support from them. I enjoy working there for the first time in several years.

      The pay is federally funded so you only get raises when they can get raises in the grants which stinks

      Every staff person working for the agency had the best intentions and worked very hard to make a difference in the lives of survivors. Open door policy - always able to share your thoughts and views on situations.

      Work life and personal life for some staff could not be separated, due to other staff not meeting their share of responsibility in meeting needs of survivors. Work was disproportionate . Unfortunately salaries were tied to funding and federally required benefits. Personal agendas came at a tremendous cost to this agency.

      Poor quality of supervisors from Executives to the front line pass, bullying was an everyday issue and was not fairly compensated for the work being put in
