Management is from sales background and they think added new persons will solve every issue. They do not know how IT works. Most of the projects are suffering from deadline(decided by management which is totally unrealistic ) and most of the project members are coming on weekends. Infrastructure is totally inconvenient They are treating employees the same way as sales guys are treating. Bad and abusive language used many times. Late night is must as they do not plan the project
