They couldn't get contracts so lots of hanging around doing nothing (a pro until I got made redundant). Lots of work socials with people getting drunk (also a pro to some). The head office is next to some kind of sewage treatment facility so it smells, especially outside.

Answer kick started my career in project management when I went through their Academy programme and since then, they have given me countless opportunities to grow and progress. Very knowledgeable and friendly colleagues! I love that you get to work with so many people throughout the business depending on what project you get put on. EOT benefits are also a massive plus!
