Outdated computer software, they keyboards and software have not been updated in several years and is not user friendly. Zero security while working alone until 11pm. After only working at their location in Albany for a month I started receiving gifts and love notes/cards from strangers left on my vehicle and due to the fact that there are no cameras or lights they were unable to provide any type of security for me or protection.
