Good work culture in terms of hours and work definition. Mentors provided to guide co-ops are helpful. The team had great camaraderie. And it is easy to ask questions to those in other teams. HR was friendly and created networking opportunities among the co-ops. Numerous technical seminars helped keep us up to date. Not too many work distractions from the company. Great management. Weekly team meetings and individual meetings. Overall, friendly.

A rotation program would be nice so that graduate level co-ops can try working on different departments/teams, example: User interface team, geometry/meshing team, legal, testing, development, IT, electrical, mechanical, etc.
