      The management on site and people on site make it worth coming in for, you're kept busy with a lot of jobs coming in. Also now stand a chance for training, gives more insensitive to stay if they are willing to invest in you.

      Svantaggi

      The pay is not the best but can move up the ladder. The amount of jobs can get a bit much if they aren't sharped out evenly and some people sit about doing nothing.
