As with any high-growth software company, the pace is fast. We are constantly evolving, which requires a team that is comfortable with change and proactive in their roles. If you prefer a slow, static environment, this might not be the fit for you—but if you love building, it's perfect.

I had the opportunity to work with several capable and dedicated colleagues during my time at the company. Many team members were supportive and committed to doing their best work. I appreciated the chance to learn from talented individuals across different teams and gain exposure to a variety of projects and responsibilities.

This review reflects my personal experience while working at the company. For me, the work environment and leadership style were not a good fit. I found the culture difficult to navigate and felt that the overall environment did not align with the collaborative and transparent workplace I value.
