Anthem management cares for each employee as though they are a family member, whether they are buying unique holiday or anniversary gifts or making health care coverage choices based on how employees will be impacted. Employees are constantly being asked for feedback and every effort is made to support the Team.

I have not encountered any cons to working at Anthem Engineering.

I've worked for a few companies, both large and small. Anthem is the one company that really puts their employees first and doesn't just care about the bottom line. In addition to being an employee focused company, Anthem is also very mission focused. They really do care about the mission. I find my co-workers to be like minded in that they love technology and they enjoy the mission. It's hard to find a small business where the leadership team knows what it takes to run a company without making it feel like a sausage factory.

No cons that I can think of. I would say that if you're someone that needs others to think for you and hold your hand in everything you do then this is probably not the place for you. Apply for a job with a large business. The people that I work with are great team players and are self-starters with drive and initiative. I've learned a lot from them.
