In some teams management is pretty toxic Only on-site, no hybrid work for even one day a week Project often mismanaged, time gets wasted on tasks that are not needed for given project, not enough people to finish the projects on time.

+ welcoming atmosphere + good contact with coworkers and supervisors + flexible hours + dynamic set of pretty interesting tasks

- ended up working on more infrastructure and CI/CD tasks than I would have hoped - almost no teamwork, tasks are assigned per-person (this can be a plus)
