2 issues with the team i worked in,
Firstly -no proper knowledge transfer management which leads to dependency on seniors , who most of the time are unwilling to share to have their jobs secure nor does the management seem to release this.
Secondly which is the major issue co related to the above issue is the management.
1. No initiation to recommend team members for on-site, recognition awards, reimbursements facilities (even though other team managers are doing all of these).No initiative taken to put forward teams requests to higher management(a direct no is given). More work can be get done if would speak to the Director directly.
2. requests are turned down immediately related to work or work schedule or technical solutions.
3. No interest in retaining employees or try to assure them of job security.
4. Direct blame is put on the team member during issues without prior checks only seniors are believed and no trust in team which also causes us to get limited work or unimportant work . No trust in the team.
Good opportunities provided by the company but manager does not seems to be interested in recommending team for anything( we see other teams availing all of them)
Due to all of this many old and new joinees have left after just 3 months .
