The only small challenge is that our tech stack doesn’t integrate seamlessly with every system yet, which can make a few workflows less efficient than they could be. That said, the team is aware and constantly improving processes.

People making decisions largely lack the operational muscle to scale... and plans change constantly, priorities flip every quarter, and execution is reactive at best. A small group wields outsize influence with little accountability, and it’s clear who gets protected even when performance lags GTM efforts lack a clear narrative for decision makers. Most company focus goes toward brand and user level content, while actual buyer pain and sales context are treated like an afterthought. What’s positioned as strategy often feels more like scattered tactics with no connective tissue. Company culture results in a tendency to confuse activity with progress and to mistake consensus for clarity. Critique is often avoided in favor of keeping the peace, even when it means letting obvious issues fester.
