Hi,
Thank you for your response and I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, given that this role is a contractor role, you are self-employed. This is stated clearly to you prior to starting alongside laid out in said contract.
We have business needs we must tend to so our hiring process of those that are contracted compared to those that are employed is always taken into consideration when making these decisions.
There are pros and cons to being self-employed as well as pros and cons for being employed. Unfortunately, majority of your statement are the cons (in your eyes), of things that you didn't and/or wouldn't receive if you were self-employed. E.g. notice periods, sick pay, holiday, etc.
I wish you all the best and would suggest that when you are looking for your next role to focus on full time employment rather than contracted/self-employed work.
Thanks,
