One of the largest concerns is that there is no HR to ensure proper protocols are being followed and a position is never secured regardless of the product quality delivered by employees. Understanding human error, nobody is perfect, but when management is happy to intimidate and unceremoniously terminate employees prior to evaluating their own performance as higher ups due in part to the fact that they see the LLC as their umbrella of legal protection, to this regard, I vehemently discourage prospective employees consider this company an opportunity to invest their future in if at all avoidable.
