The work is fast paced and highly creative, so you have to be an efficient problem-solver to keep up, but the amount of teamwork that goes into accomplishing everything is unparalleled. Their maternity and family leave policy is wonderful. They truly care about the people that work for them and put you first as a human being. You are never made to feel like you are an inconvenience for having a family. You will get the opportunity to work on really exciting projects, and they vary greatly. Whatever your passion is, there is a good chance that you will get to infuse it into your work, and get to feel excited about what you are contributing to the world through what you do.

Can be long hours depending on deadlines, but it's up to you to manage your time wisely.
