Honestly nothing that comes to mind as a positive. I guess a few colleagues are good people but that’s about the best you get.

Absolutely appalling company. They have no care how their attitude etc impacts employees mental health!. Dangerous work environment as extremely understaffed to dangerous levels no concern for employees or any of its customers. Poor management practices Managers generally are completely inexperienced and quite toxic individuals and do not listen to employees concerns at all. I have never worked somewhere like this. I was left completely broken by my experience there. No women or people of colour at senior management level. I’m a naturally positive person but when the incompetence management manage to destroy any goodwill by forcing employees to cut corners and being a gambling business conduct poor business decision and leads directly to gambling related harm. One example is allowing minors to gamble in Africa and marketing to vulnerable people. The whole experience caused me to suffer greatly morally. HR are useless too and never seen a HR team who does not care and accepts and drives the toxic culture. Was racially abused on several occasions and complaint upheld that I was indeed racially abused but no action taken against the accused. Show how much they don’t care. Heard individuals take the Micky out of the women staff and also mimic any foreign accents. Totally unacceptable! The management team make stupid decisions and has no idea what they are doing and no one is able to challenge them. Despite the spin they will give you! Don’t waste your time and Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs.
