Pattern with this company is to reward hard work, skills, growth and knowledge with more work without any additional compensation. Will pile more and more work on you if have a brain but will not compensate accordingly. Meanwhile others skate by doing and knowing nothing. Leadership will micromanage until they just about drive you crazy.
