Great place to work, very collaborative. Aon are particularly good when it come to investing in training and development. They definitely live up to their promise of investing in the team through continuous development. I had more training at Aon in 12 months than I had in 7 years at another global broker.

IT. The new office at the chess grater is awesome but IT in general needs updating.

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
