-Big comp increases in first few years -Lots of travel, work dinners, expense account perks -Nice office in Fidi -Flexible with hybrid work -Generous Benefits and Retirement Plan

Svantaggi

-Bad work/Life balance -You can be paid way more to work in financial services -Not a ton of perks like gym memberships, free office food etc -Very little HR or support from management, leadership was a mess -Primarily older employees, and majority of grunt work fell onto few junior employees

Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

Svantaggi

Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
