Blows my mind how such nasty, incompetent people can progress and then not really be held accountable for their total ineptitude Slow, siloed mentality Any spark you bring will quickly wither and die Company globally is going through absolute ripper headcount cuts and sadly losing a lot of the brains of the organisation to be replaced by McKinsey out of HQ If you have any intellect, ambition or curiosity this is definitely not the place for you
