      Teams are extremely diverse in all aspects. Large push for social and work life balance opportunities.

      Teams are too top heavy. There never seems to be enough Associates, Senior Associates and ADs who are the executioners but teams are full of Directors and above. This can mean that there never is a push for more hiring but the teams are always at capacity with work loads. Also means that promotion opportunities are rare.

      Great role to transition into the insurance industry. Many resources and opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Client visits are great if you like to travel. Lucky to have a manager who doesn’t micromanage. If you’re organized, driven, and good at communicating you’ll do great.

      Can be stressful at times around busy renewal cycles. Travel often depending on industry and clients.
