Often, when major projects have a tight deadline, we look to incorporate a larger group of our employees to ease the load of others, and occasionally bring on temporary employees to ease the load of our full-time contributors. All decisions are looked at from all sides and measured by senior management directly involved as well as members of other parts of the organization to ensure all changes serve both our employees and our customers in the best way possible.
