tough to do this because i'm one of the owners, so #hugeconflictofinterest - we are super culture & core values focused. honestly, it's our number one strength. I know everyone says that, but the ways it looks in terms of money and time we spend on it are: - we spend 10-20% of our revenue (not profit) on culture building activities - things that enhance the connection & camaraderie between everyone involved. for example we did an all expenses paid ski trip to colorado last year for 20+ people and many of their significant others. - everyone gets core value trained. our janitor knows our core values.

- we aren't rich (yet) so we can't pass on super high salaries to our employees. they are average for the area, but we'd obviously like them to be above average.
