Very poor and uneducated management, people treated bad and shouted at, overworked and stressed. There is always a crisis to be solved, wages are paid up to the middle of the following month, total surveillance of activity including screen snapshots, all emails, all telephone conversations are recorded and stored. No overtime paid, but often demanded. Close to zero career progression. Up to three months notice periods are common.

short hours of work, amazing team excellent working conditions. amazing office team. Friday can finish even at 2 o'clock but usually at 13:30 or even 13:45 Never work on Saturday!

From the first day, you will have a high level of responsibility which will make the job very exciting. Broad insight into different departments since they are based all in one office, therefore decisions can be made quickly. The location is great. Healthy and priceworthy restaurant nearby

The Directing, Executive and Development Mangement is polarized to one person, and therefore there is no separation of power which is not reflecting a democratical culture for the size of this company. Instructions are often ambiguous or not comprehensive and will be mostly communicated from remote and therefore not allow for further discussions nor acknowledging the current status of a case. The failures which are caused by systematic Management problems will be blamed on employees. You can hardly rely on verbal agreements and therefore you have to document everything the Management communicates for your own defence. And even that might not be sufficient. The working hours are from 8 am - 6 pm. If you make it leave on time it will be interpreted as working not passionate rather than seen as a good time management skill. Employees have been called and emailed during their sick leave and manipulated in a way to feel guilty staying at home to recover fully. There are no performance reviews - this might happen ad hoc depending on the mood of the Management, which is unpredictable. If you claim for one, it will be ignored or postponed. There is no appropriate HR-department in place, which can support the employees' rights. There is no official bonus scheme. There is a high fluctuation of staff. Always crises to be solved. Employees have 2 months notice period whereas the Company sticks to 1 month
