Onboarding was one of the best I've experienced - well organized and clearly designed to get new hires productive quickly rather than leaving them to figure things out on their own. The hybrid setup is reasonable: 3 days in the office, 2 at home. If you're not near an office, full remote is an option. Comp and benefits are competitive. Career development is taken seriously here.
