Apex truly cares about its employees. Not just a worker bee, but truly apart of the family.

Food and snacks provided on an almost daily basis. And while it’s getting better, still a little unhealthy

Hands down my favorite part of this job is that I feel like we're actually here FOR the clients. I've worked more than a few places over the years, and priorities are almost always "how can this benefit us". I've been very happy to see that here that question isn't treated as mutually exclusive from "how can this benefit the client and their environment". We also have a very strong team-working environment, and questions from peers are handled with respect and thought. Management does a great job of listening and acting on items that require attention, and genuinely care if we have time to spend with our families. While a stable work-life balance is sometimes hard to achieve, it's nice that the people that run the day to day operations understand and encourage you to find the time where you can. The view is amazing, the snacks and coffee are a great big plus.

Sometimes things can be slow to happen, but they almost always get there. This is honestly as much of a pro as a con to me, as it shows deliberate thought being put in to large changes which can cause unintended consequences.
