Apic Bio was a pleasure to work for. My colleagues were really amazing and I loved working there.

We just couldn’t get funding.

The company has a great culture from the CEO down to the research associates. Being a small company, one really feels a sense of how their work contributes to projects and corporate goals. The work is varied and interesting, and opportunities to collaborate with other groups is necessary.

Not really a con, but the corporate culture places a lot of emphasis on self-development. To succeed here, one must have a strong drive to take initiative over their own development.
