Support nursing were great - went above and beyond their duties.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible clinical and non clinical supervisors and upper managment. They con employees at all levels into thinking they have full support with whatever they need, and true independence in their work so they can focus on giving care, but immediately upon hire, micromanage, criticize and scapegoat every employee that doesn't do their bidding. The lying, condescending manners, twisting of words and telling tall tales as if enployees weren't right there when things happened, is so disrespectful of people's intelligence. You can't trust anyone there - they plaster fake smiles and passive aggressive comments your way, and make you the problem. And the level of grossly incompetent staff they have, from nurse supervisers that put patients in danger and commit fraud, with every single provider writing incident reports on them but nothing being done, to embarrassing levels of incompetence with managers and staff on every level. They basically get paid not to do their jobs. For a company to boast active mental health for patients, they need to turn that help towards their own management and staff, because the pathological lying and passive aggression, complete lack of empathy and care in their offices is beyond the pale. And heaven fobid, they see anyone not do exactly as they were told like kindergarten children, they plot and plan against them and report them behind their backs with false information. These people are sick and need help, not a salaried job. And the high provider and staff turnover rates in their clinics prove it. Do NOT work in this dump. Save your sanity and find a much better place with respect, team effort and genuine care for one another.
