Very lax environment to work in, good benefits, quota was attainable

- Management was bad and there was a major lack of transparency - Just had major layoffs - company is not spending recent funding appropriately - Sales rates were very low, not a "must have" product by any mean - No growth path for SDRs / lower level employees

Good teammates, HR that cares, decent logos (from “ceo relationship”, no adoption). Front line managers are great people. Marketing team is excellent. HR has responded incredibly to war (for Israeli workforce).

CRO is so so bad. In over his head and can’t even fake it. Goes to events, golfs, attends “how to cro” webinars, and anything to avoid engaging with sales team. Within 6 mo. 85% of the sales team was laid off, founding Sales Engineers left, but no other changes were made. None. Except insisting that CEO, CRO, CPO, SE, manager, rep all join every intro call since June. Our desperation is obvious. Zero communication to the sales force except to call “guys, this is critical” fire drills to urgently do something nominal, like send an event email. CEO also thinks salespeople are dumb.
