Don’t check why people have left or senior management don’t check in with lower staff as much. If you are bullied by your facility managers no one checks and it continues to happen, even constantly praising them for ‘bringing in money’. Some managers should never be around people as they feel threatened by their employees. There is also an atmosphere of one upping and it just isn’t nice environment on some sites.
