      -Plenty of opportunities to learn -Laid back workforce

      -You'll have to learn on your own -6 day work weeks -Bare minimum benefits -CEO expects to much but barely guides you -There was no proper contract and I found out after 10 months that I wasn't considered a full-time employee and was only on project based employment
