Very fast growth and good at diversifying the industries and products we are working on. The employees and managers genuinely care about what we do and making sure we take care of our customers and employees.

      Pretty open to going whatever path you'd like. Fast growing company. Just unclear if being in early for it would be beneficial for anyone except shareholders.

      High workload with poor definition of what's expected. Poor benefits like PTO and 401k. No bonuses and lower than average compensation.
