      Learning never stops. Transparency in the work culture. Direct exposure to the business. On time delivery of products. Very friendly and healthy work environment. Stress is on quality and not quantity. Good career growth. Nice salary offered.

      Sometimes pressure builds up due to timely delivery of products. But this is manageable if you take it the right way.

      Worse higher management No good hike unless you resign and threaten Lot of fake promises No 2 way communication No morals for higher management They treat employees like slaves No growth, only a single project No proper management Lot of lies are told to employees to safe guard higher management from real problems of employees Freshers have 2 years bond and that is the only reason which is holding the company. You have no job security nor any project to work on once your done with the 2 years bond.
