      Flexibility, Good management, Good pay. Over all, I had a really good experience at App-Ark. This line of work wasn't the most fun or meaningful for me, but I think App-Ark is one of the best places to do it, based on what I've heard about other companies.

      Vantaggi

      Hard working and passionate staff and management. Laid back work culture while maintaining high expectations. Relatively large opportunities for growth (though there are limits if you're not fluent in Mandarin)

      Busy season is quite intense time-wise. Those with poor time management will struggle. There can often be poor communication between the different segments of the company (e.g. education consultants, strategists, marketing, etc.)
