The team is very enthusiastic, everyone enjoys what they do and are always keen on peoples ideas. The team is like a family, meaning everyone gets on well enough that jokes are thrown around and if someone has a problem or doesn’t agree with work ideas, its comfortable for everyone to come forward and express that. The athmopshere is good. Team events bring everyone together where you can forget about work and enjoy your time as a team, which most of the time gives us plenty of ideas for games. Higher staff are all pretty down to earth, they communicate with us all on their level, and down look down on us, although they are serious when there is need for it. Great projects and ideas
